Enjoy the rustic warmth of a charming mountain getaway. The St. Bernard Lodge, with it’s knotty pine interior and turn of the century décor, is a historic, four season resort. All rooms are country casual style, and each room has its own theme and color scheme, private sink, dresser and armoire. Victorian and historical prints, brass beds, floral print bed spreads, lace curtains, antique furniture and rocking chairs are some of the amenities that add to the whimsical charm of the St. Bernard Lodge. Bath robes and slippers, as well as luxurious bath towels, are provided four your comfort and are especially useful when you visit our out door hot tub. The shared bathrooms are located at each end of the hallway, one with a newly remodeled shower, and the other with an antique claw foot tub. The warmth and comfort continues as you enjoy your favorite beverage and play a game of pool in the newly redecorated bar. With rosewood pub tables and comfortable chairs, the tavern is a perfect place to relax and visit with the other guests. The knotty pine interior continues into the dining room, where you can dine in a casually elegant atmosphere at lace covered tables. Memorabilia, antiques and historic prints adorn the walls. Breakfast is included with your stay, arraignments for dinner and lunch can be made. Join us for great lodging near Lake Almanor and Mt. Lassen. Sunrise Room Early morning sunshine illuminates this room with the soft shades of white and yellow. From this room you have a beautiful view of the mountains, forest, horse pasture and trout ponds. Sunrise has 2 Queen size beds. $95 per night. Double occupancy. Complimentary breakfast included.

The Lodge is conveniently located between the Lassen Volcanic National Park, with it’s many hiking trails, and Lake Almanor. Boat and jet ski rentals are available at the lake. You can hike, bike or four wheel on many trails accessible from the Lodge. When it snows, bring your cross country skis and explore the trails around the Lodge and on Mt. Lassen. Fishing is always good in the many streams and creeks in the area. If you are looking for a horse friendly location, the Lodge has pipe corrals and fenced pasture available for overnight horse boarding.
