St. Bernard Lodge Offers Horse Boarding

Your northern California vacation becomes even more enjoyable with horseback riding adventures in the Lassen National Forest, Pacific Crest Trail and the Bizz Johnson Trail.
St. Bernard Lodge has pipe corrals available for up to 7 horses and more space for horses that get along.
Plenty of parking for RV's and horse trailers.
Lodging for guests is available upstairs in the lodge. Many of our rooms have a view of the horses grazing.
After serving you a full breakfast, we can pack sack lunches for all day horse rides. Dinner and drinks can be waiting for you when you return.
You can ride from our property and find a variety of trails and logging roads, or you can join the Pacific Crest Trail just 1.4 miles from the lodge. Rides to Stover Springs or Solider Meadows make nice half day rides.
If you choose to trailer away for the day, possible starting points include: Domingo Springs, Cone Lake Trail Head, Silver Lake Trail Head, Hay Meadow Trail Head, Cold Springs. There are various places to trailer out to and then ride back to the lodge.
For those of you who do not have horses Plumas Pines Stables and Drakesbad Guest Ranch offer trail rides mid May - mid September.
Please call the Lodge directly to discuss the needs of your horse and availability of boarding space. (530) 258-3382
